• Our check in time is 4pm. We do not operate a 24 hour reception so arrangements must be made to check in outside that time
  
• Any finalised bill paid by Credit/Debit card is subject to a £2 handling fee.
  
• Sorry, we do not except cheques for settling the room bill.
  
• Any damage to or removal of the fixtures and fittings must be paid for.
  
• We are a no-smoking establishment anyone found to be smoking will be asked to leave with no refund.
  
• Sorry, we do not allow pets.
  
• Check out is by 10am Weekdays/Saturdays and 10:30am Sundays.
  
• Check in is subject to room availability.
  
• No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to vehicles parked in the car park.
  
• Guests are advised to remove all valuables and keep their vehicles locked at all times.
  
• Vehicles cannot remain in the car park after guests have checked out of the guest house.
  

Cancellation Policy
We strongly advise you to take out Travel Insurance.
We reserve the right to amend the cancellation policy.

Cancellations should be in writing or by e-mail to Cancellations
A cancellation request is for the full term of the booking.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full booking cost, if the room(s) are not re-sold.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged a one nights stay, if the room(s) are not re-sold.
Deposits received are non-refundable.
